2 large -eating avocados
Juice and sixth of 1 lime
1 thick toe look
1 bone coriander, washed, dried
Black pepper and salt from the mill
3 tbsp soft olive oil extra virgin

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Cut the avocados in half, pits, spoon them out and put them with all other ingredients in a cutter, including the stems of the coriander, super tasty and edible!

Cutter until you get a nice texture, you would like to have some "bite", cutter than shorter, rather completely smooth, just longer!

Put in a bowl, finish with some extra pepper, virgin olive oil and coriander leaves and serve your favorite nachos or raw vegetables!
