350 g whole wheat pasta
500 gr Oyster mushrooms
1 tbsp butter
pepper and salt
1 cauliflower
300 g sour cream

600 g chipolata
1 tbsp butter
2 chicory stumps
150 g Parmesan flakes

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Cut the cauliflower into pieces and steam, put them in a large pot and roughly crush them.

Season with salt and pepper and stir in the sour cream.

Fry the chipolatas in lump butter, store on a plate, pour fat, fry the oyster mushrooms in the same pan, season with salt and pepper.

Cook the pasta in a large pot with boiling salted water, drain.

Mix the pasta under the cauliflower with a tablespoon of the cooking liquid, also add a part of the cheese, mix well and pour in your most beautiful dish.

Dress the chipolata and oyster mushrooms about it.

Finely chop the chicory, rinse under cold water.
