1 large onion
2 toes look
2 bell pepper (yellow red)
1 aubergine
150 g red beans (jar or can, drained)
150 g chickpeas (jar or can, drained)

1 chili pepper
1 tsp cinnamon
1 TL dried oregano
1 TL cumin seeds
1 tsp fennel seed
150 g corn
500 g tomato coulis
pepper
pinch

Couscous:
200 g whole wheat couscous (whole -grain wheat -sized flour)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 shallot
1 Tijm branch
1 TL turmeric
400 ml of boiling water

Garniture:
150 g (lean) sour cream
1 Bot Coriander
1/2 bone fresh mint

1 TL cumin seeds
1 tsp fennel seed

200 g whole wheat couscous (whole -grain wheat -sized flour)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 shallot
1 Tijm branch
1 TL turmeric
400 ml of boiling water

Garniture:
150 g (lean) sour cream
1 Bot Coriander
1/2 bone fresh mint

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Chile: Peel onion and garlic, finely chop and stew into olive oil. Knuis fennel and cumin in Vijzel, let it bake together with the oregano. Cut the crops eggplant and bell pepper into cubes and add. Season with pepper and a pinch of salt. Now add the chickpeas, beans, corn, finely chopped chili and tomato coulis. Stir well together. Simmer for 15 minutes over a low heat with lid.

Couscous: Peel and cut Shallot Finely stew into eld olive oil. Add thyme and semolina and turmeric. Pour the water on it, stir and let it go with lid.

Finely chop coriander and mint and mix.
