What do you need?

Quantity:

Ensure that all ingredients are at room temperature
280 ml peanut oil
1 large free -range egg
1 tbsp mustard
Juice of ½ lemon
Pepper and salt
1 tbsp vinegar

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Put all the ingredients at room temperature in a high fine measuring cup where your hand blender fits in, check this in advance. 😉

Put your hand blender straight to the bottom of your measuring cup.

Start mixing and keep mixing down at the bottom for a while, then gradually go up and mix all oil under it, this does not take longer than 2 minutes.

Taste and season if necessary.

Pour into a jar with lid and store in the fridge.

This fresh mayonnaise is well cooled for 10 days.
