4 Dried Piri-Piri Pepers (or chili flakes)
500 ml of water

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Stew well in the finely chopped onion and garlic in olive oil.

Add the cherry tomatoes and put the lid on it for 2 minutes.

Meanwhile, put the sliced ​​tomatoes in a high measuring cup in two or three times, each with a dash of water. Mix smoothly and add to the cherry mixture.

Season with salt and piri-piri peppers (or chili flakes) and let it simmer for 1 hour.

Pour into pots and still close hot.
