150 ml of water

150 ml of fine sugar

2 tbsp dried hibiscus flowers

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Bring water to the boil, add the flowers and sugar and remove the pan from the heat. Stir for a moment and let cool.

Sieve the syrup in a bottle and save in a fridge (shelf life for more than 1 month).

Nice on your breakfast cereals, with spray water and in cocktails or mocktails.
