500 gr fresh yellow fin tuna
5 small shiso leaves
4 tbsp tamari soy sauce
3 tbsp Chinese chives finely chopped (or spring onion or chives)
1 tbsp Santa Maria Wasabi & Sesame Herbs
1 pickled Daikon cut into bars (see recipe)
4 sandwiches
Sesame oil

Wasabimayonnaise (see recipe)

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Cut the tuna into small cubes and put them in a bowl.

Season the tuna with the soy sauce and sesame oil.

Finely chop the shiso leaves and Chinese chives.

Add this to the tuna. Finish with wasabi and sesame herbs.

Cover the cut sandwiches with the tuna, put the pickled Daikon on it and drizzle some wasabimayonnaise about it.
