500 gr fresh yellow fin tuna
5 small shiso leaves
4 tbsp tamari soy sauce
3 tbsp Chinese chives finely chopped (or spring onion or chives)
1 tbsp Santa Maria Wasabi & Sesame Herbs
1 pickled Daikon cut into bars (see recipe)
4 sandwiches
Sesame oil
Wasabimayonnaise (see recipe)
