400 ml of quality cans of cans
1 tsp smoked pepper powder
1 Kloriander seeds
1 tbsp dried crispy onions
150 g spinach
2 spring onion
1 TL Chile Flakes
2 fresh eggs

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Crush the coriander seeds in a mortar, pour in your pan and first to roast it without fat until they smoke slightly and release odor.

Add 2 good tablespoons of olive oil, add the spinach and let something shrink, not completely.

Pour in the tomatoes in a can now.

Season with Pezo, let it simmer for a while, make 2 dimples and break the 2 eggs in it.

Cover with a lid and let it warm for 3 to 4 minutes.

Meanwhile finely chop the spring onion, sprinkle over it and also chili and crispy onion.

Sprinkle some smoked paprika powder over it and sprinkle with olive oil.
