Preparation method

How do you make this?

Open the mussels and loosen the foot. Throw the lives away.

The tomatoes cancel and pits.

Cut the tomatoes, the avocado and onion into tiny pieces and mix with the finely chopped parsley.

Drizzle a little here the ibiza on the mussels and then carefully put some of the avocadom mixture on it. Finish with Pepper and Fleur de Sel.
