Preparation method

How do you make this?

Bake or grill the piece of tuna for two minutes on both sides in a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Then cut it into small cubes.

Wash the lettuce leaves thoroughly, chop them finely and place them on the bottom of the glasses.

Mix the lemon juice, the mayonnaise, the mustard and the soy sauce. Crush the egg.

Cut the veal fillet into small slices and the anchovy fillet into strips.

Fill glasses with a few pieces of tuna and veal fillet, some egg and some chips anchovies.

Divide a teaspoon of the Mayo mixture, a few bread crusts, a hairdresser and a tuft of cress on this.
