What do you need?

Quantity: 4P

2 Bags Basmati Rice
500 to 600 gr salmon filet without skin or bones
2 spring onion
Furikake
Pickled daikon with ginger (the recipe can be found here)

Marinade for the salmon:
60 ml of soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
5 ml Sriracha
5 ml of sesame oil

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Cut any brown pieces of the salmon and cut them into cubes.

Mix all the ingredients for the sauce together and add the salmon to the sauce.

Finely chop the spring onion.

Divide the rice, salmon and daikon into 4 dishes.

Finish with spring onion and furikake
