Pancakes:
160 g self -rising flour (or normal flour with 1 tsp baking powder)
45 g oatmeal
1 tbsp cane sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
1 pinch of salt
500 ml of milk
1 egg
2 tbsp sunflower oil, plus extra for baking

Orange sauce:
1 liter freshly squeezed juice made of vineyards, felsien or mandarins
4 tbsp cane sugar
1 vanilla sock

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Mix all ingredients in the blind, at least 2 minutes. Let the juice, the sugar and the vanillaerg reduce half. Bake the pancakes and serve with the sauce.
