Preparation method

How do you make this?

Finely chop onion and garlic, the chorizo into strips and the chicken buttock meat into pieces.

Put everything in the baking tray of your Airfryer, add a spoon of olive oil, season well with salt and pepper stir everything together, let it simmer for 15 minutes at 180 ° C, with indication of 2 mills, stir.

Then add all the other ingredients, stir well again and iron everything smoothly. All ingredients must just be in moisture. Now set to 180 ° C, 1 mill, because we are going to cook more slowly and let it cook for 30 minutes, stir in the middle of the cooking time.

Meanwhile finely chop the chives, the rest of the chorizo into strips and crumble the feta. Serve in bowls and finish with the feta, chives and chorizo and call everyone at the table!
