Preparation method

How do you make this?

Preheat the oven to 190 ° and cut the zucchini into slices.

Pat the mozzarella well dry and cut into thin slices, pat dry again.

Roll the dough open and spread the tomato sauce in a circle, 7 cm from the edge.

Place the zucchini and mozzarella slices in step and sprinkle the ground Parmesan cheese over it. Fold the outside of the dough on this.

Cut a star in the middle of the dough with 8 points, fold over each point and stick the points dough in the dough of the side.

Sprinkle with oregano and bake for 35 minutes at 190 °.

Let it cool down and serve, possibly with a green salad.
