How do you make this?

Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into fries.

Mix them with 2 tbsp olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Bake for 25 minutes at 195 ° to beautifully colored and crispy.

Cut the chicken meat into thin strips, mix 2 tbsp olive oil and shawarma herbs and bake with the finely chopped onion.

Mix everything for garlic sauce and pour them into a spray bottle.

Baked fries goes in a bowl, on it the baked chicken & onion, sprinkle the cheese on top.
