24 large, uncooked and unpeeled shrimp
1 tbsp olive oil
A handful of fresh sage leaves
5 cloves of look
1 TL Fleur de Sel
1 tsp lemon juice

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Rinse the large shrimps under the tap.

Place an ovenproof dish on the barbecue and heat the olive oil in it.

Add the sage leaves and fry until slightly crispy.

Then add the whole, unpeeled garlic cloves and stir everything well.

Briefly fry the shrimps on both sides in the mixture.

Remove them from the oil, together with the garlic and sage. Season with fleur de sel and a few drops of lemon juice before serving.
