750 g ribeye
1 egg
2 tbsp cornflour
2 tbsp Santa Maria Korean BBQ herbs
1 kl grated ginger
1 clove look
Salty
Ghee or oil to bake
400 g beans

Sauce:
4 tbsp sushia
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 El Agave
1 small game of Tomato Concentree
1 tbsp hot sauce

2 cubes of rice noodles or noodles of your choice
2 Spring Evening
2 tbsp sesame seeds

2 tbsp cornflour

3 tbsp soy sauce

2 cubes of rice noodles or noodles of your choice

2 tbsp sesame seeds

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Cook the noodles as on the package, rinse them well. Cut stalks of the beans and cut them in half, cook the beans in salted water, pour and rinse with cold water so that they stay nice and green.

Cut the ribeye into very thin slices and put in a bowl. Season with Korean BBQ herbs and salt. Grate the ginger and garlic and add together with the cornflour and the egg. Mix everything well together. Bake the ribeye golden brown and crispy in a hot pan with the ghee.

Add all the ingredients of the sauce together and mix well. Add the sauce to the meat and mix well. Let it bake a little further.

Cut the spring onion into fine rings. First warm up the beans and noodles in boiling water. Serve a little of the noodles in a plate, put the beans and meat next to it. Finish with spring onion and sesame seeds.
