What do you need?

Quantity: 750ml jar

100 g oatmeal
150 g mixed nuts, coarsely chopped (pecan, cashew, hazelnut, walnut, etc.)
75 g pumpkin seeds
75 g coconut flakes
2 tsp turmeric
3 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp flower honey
3 cm ginger
Pinch of sea salt

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Preheat the oven to 150°

Place all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix

Melt the coconut oil in a small saucepan together with the turmeric, honey, salt and grated ginger

Mix this with the dry ingredients and spread over a baking tray lined with baking paper

Bake for 10-12 minutes until nicely light brown in color
