3 tablespoons of fish sauce
1/2 Fresh Thai Chile
2 tablespoons of cane sugar
6 tablespoons of hot water
2-3 tablespoons of lime juice
1 clove of garlic

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Start by solving the cane sugar in the warm water by stir it well. If necessary, heat the mixture again to have the sugar dissolve completely.

Finely chop the garlic and chili and add it to the sugar water.

Add the fish sauce and the lime juice and stir well.

Taste the sauce and adjust the taste according to preference: For more pit, add extra chili, for more saltiness more fish sauce, and for a fresher taste more lime juice.
