10 g vanilla sugar

240 g flower

500 g frambozen
50 g sugar
50 ml of water
250 g sour cream

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Mix all ingredients for the pancake dough quickly and easily in a blender or with a mixer. This gives you extra time to keep an eye on the children.

Let the pancake dough rest for half an hour and then strain it.

Bake the pancakes on both sides on medium heat and stack them on a plate.

Heat the raspberries, sugar and water on a low heat. Cook the whole short and mix it into a delicious coulis.

Place two pancakes on a plate and spread them with sour cream and a little raspberry coulis. Save some coulis for the finishing touch.

Roll the pancakes firmly and cut into slices of two centimeters.

Thread the pancake rolls on two skewers and pour the remaining coulis over it.
