3 slices of smoked salmon, finely chopped
250 grams of flat cheese
1 shallot, finely chopped
5 radishes, finely chopped
1 teaspoon of wasabi or horseradish puree
Finely chopped fresh herbs (chives, flat parsley, dill)
Salt and pepper

Preparation method

How do you make this?

It is best to make these amuses an hour before the arrival of your guests. They are ready quickly, but have to rest in the fridge before you serve them.

Mix the flat cheese, herbs, shallot, radishes and salmon. Season with salt and pepper and add a little spice with a pinch of wasabi (or horseradish).

Fill small glasses with this mixture and put them in the fridge. Delicious and refreshing.
