Preparation method

How do you make this?

We bring a cooking in butter, the peeled stems of 1 kg of white asparagus and 1L poultry broth. Add some salt and pepper, simmer for 10 minutes and let it cool down completely. We mix with 25cl cream and 250g Greek yogurt and serve the soup in beautiful glasses, finished with slices of asparagus tips and homemade mint pesto.
