What do you need?

Quantity: 1.5L

1.5 l of water (sparkling or flat)
1 TL turmeric
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 KL agave syrup
Juice of 1 lemon
½ fluorescent chili powder
1TL ginger powder or 2 cm fresh ginger in slices

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Put the chia seed, ginger, turmeric, chili powder, the agave syrup and the juice of the lemon in a small bowl and mix everything into a smooth mass.

Pour the mixture at the water in a bottle or carafe with a stop with which you can occasionally shake well again.

You can also mix everything in a blender.

Drink a whole day of this.
