1 kg of potatoes, peeled and cut into equal pieces
1 forest Daslook (+/- 100g), leaves and stem
125 g sour cream
A few lumps of butter
Milk (Optional: Replace by buttermilk for a fresher puree)

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Cooking potatoes: cook the potatoes in a large pan with water until they are cooked (about 15-20 minutes). Drain and stamp until smooth.

Prepare Daslook: Cut the leaves and the stem of the Daslook super fine.

Mix puree: Mix the finely chopped mugglook together with the sour cream under the potato puree.

Finish: Finish with some pieces of butter and, if you want, the flowers or the balls of the Daslook.

Serve: Serve immediately.
