Preparation method

How do you make this?

Herb rolls: Put all the ingredients for the herb oil (olive oil, chives, rosemary, garlic, sea salt, white pepper) in a blender and mix.

Brush the herb oil over the cut sandwiches.

Bake the rolls for 15-20 minutes at 195 ° C until they are nicely brown and crispy.

Goat cheese snacks: Finely chop the onion and stew them in the olive oil.

Add the coarse chopped pecans and the miso and let it bake until the light is caramelized. Allow to cool.

Add this mixture together with the chipotle flakes to the goat cheese in a bowl and mix everything well.

Form the mixture into a flat ball that has the shape of a camembert and put it in the fridge for 1 hour.

Mix the cane sugar and fine sugar and sprinkle over the goat cheese.

Bring the sugar layer with a bunzen burner to a crispy layer.

Sprinkle the finely sliced chives over the goat cheese and serve immediately with the spiced herb rolls.
