300 g raspberries (washed, leaked)
SAP of 1 Appelsien
2 to 3 tbsp white chia seeds
1 clay honey

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Boil the raspberries for 3 minutes, let it cool.

Stir the honey and chia seed under it and let it swell for 10 minutes.

Finished.

If too thick, add apple juice.

If to walk add some chia.
