Pancake:
500 ml of milk
4 eggs
2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp of salt
240 g flower
2 tbsp hazelnut oil
3 Handful of fresh herbs (we used Zurkel, Zee or Zulte, young flower heads of fennel) but also think of spinach, arugula, dill, basil ...

Garniture:
200 g of smoked bacon baked
3 nectarines in slices
1 handful of cherries
2 tbsp honey

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Put all the ingredients with the picked herbs in a blender and mix everything.

Warm up the pans, grease them with oil and fry all dough on a medium heat.

Pleat them on a bowl.

Finish with flowers, nectarines in slices, cherries, crispy bacon, honey and fennel cups.

Season with Santa Maria Chile Explosion.
