Cut the onion into brunoise, the lettuce into fine strips and the pickle into slices.
Mix the ingredients for the sauce.
Mix the minced meat and shape 16 balls. Press them flat on the tortillas.
Melt butter in a pan and fry the minced meat tortillas with the meat side until they are nicely browned. Turn, add cheese and cover to melt the cheese.
Place them on a shelf, toppings with lettuce, pickle, sauce and finished with onion.
Fold them close and enjoy it.
Bake the rest in the same way.
