What do you need?

Quantity: 1 banana bread

4 ripe bananas
3 eggs
55 g coconut oil melted
50 g maple syrup
Marrow of 1 vanilla sock
150 g almond powder
30 g coconut flower
40 g raw cocoa powder
1 Sniff salt
30 g dark chocolate min 70% coarse cut
1 handful of pecans minced meat

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Crush 3 bananas into a paste with the marrow of your vanilla sock.

Add eggs, coconut oil and syrup and mix well.

Sift all dry ingredients over it and mix well with the chocolate and pecans.

Pour in a cake mold covered with baking paper.

Cut the last banana in half lengthwise and push them into the dough.

Bake for 60 minutes at 175 °, if necessary, do the cooking test with a skewer.

Let it cool down before you start cutting.
