700 to 800 g fresh yellowfin tuna steak (just from the fridge)
4 tbsp sesame seeds white and black
1 cucumber
1 protein
Pepper and salt
Coriander
3 spring onions
3 tbsp margarine to bake in

Sauce:
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 kl grated ginger
1 clove of grated look
Sixte whole lime and juice of half 1 lime
1 fresh little chili pepper (if you like spicy)

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Tuna: Marinate the tuna for 1 hour in 1 cm soy sauce, turn around occasionally.

Pat your tuna dry, spread with a thin layer of protein and season with salt and pepper.

Then you roll the tuna through the sesame seeds, press it well.

Let 3 tbsp margarine in a frying pan, fry the tuna steak for 1 minute, on both sides. Remove from the pan, place on kitchen paper and cut into slices of a small inch.

Salad: Cut the cucumber with the mandolin into thin slices- or with grater very fine.

Place in Seef to remove any excess moisture, mix with the finely sliced ​​spring onion and coriander.

Sauce: mix all ingredients together.

If you like spicy, add a chili pepper.

Dress the tuna with the cucumber and the sauce on a plateau or on separate signs.
