Hot nuts:
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp sambal oelek
1 clay honey
250 gr. nut mixture

Waffle croque:
1 avocado
8 slices of whole wheat toast bread
8 slices of spicy chorizo
2 bulbs mozzarella in fine slices

Parmesan Chips:
250 gr. grated parmesan

Salmon cubes:
400 gr. Salmon fillet without a bone, without skin
2 tbsp soy sauce
1el sesame oil
1 tbsp sesame seeds
2 spring onion

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Salmon cubes:

Cut the salmon into cubes.

Mix soy sauce and sesame oil and pour over the salmon. Sprinkle the sesame seeds over it.

Sprinkle with finely chopped spring onions and put stimuli in it.

Keep in the fridge.

Parmesan Chips:

Lay heaps of grated parmesan on anti-clay mat.

Bake in the oven for 13 minutes at 180 °, remove them from the oven like a nice color.

Allow to cool and carefully remove them from the anti-stick mat.

Hot nuts:

Fry the olive oil together with the Sambal Oelek and the honey in a pan.

Add the nuts, mix together and roast for ten minutes on a low heat.

Stir regularly, let cool and serve in a glass jar.

Waffle croque:

Mash the flesh of the avocado and spread it on 4 slices of whole -grain toast bread.

Cover with chorizo ​​and mozzarella. Cover them with the remaining slices of bread.

Bake them for another 3 minutes in a waffle iron.
