Preparation method

How do you make this?

Put the butter in pieces and cutter together with all the ingredients into a green butter, taste and season more.

If you don't have a cutter, then cut look and parsley super nice and mix with the rest in soft butter.

Take a piece of aluminum foil and scoop the butter in the middle.

Take the top side towards you and press butter in a sausage, roll up and tighten the ends, each in the opposite direction to make a sturdy sausage, let it set in a fridge for 1 hour.

Pat the Sint-Jacobsesters dry with some kitchen roll and place 3 per person in the shells.

Cut slices of 3 mm and place a slice of herb butter on each oyster.

Grill them briefly and powerfully in hot air with grill position, for 7 to 8 minutes at minus 230 ° or higher, until the whole is beautifully gratinated.

Serve immediately with slices of bread.
