250 g soft butter
½ bone flat parsley
½ bone tarragon
1 small shallot
1 toe look
10 G Anchovis fillets on oil
Juice of ½ lemon
1 tbsp mustard
1 KL curry powder
1 TL thyme leaves
1 tbsp capers
½ bone chives
Pepper and salt from the mill

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Put the soft butter in a bowl. Finely chop all fresh herbs and add. Finely chop the capers and anchovies and add. Finely chop shallot and garlic and add. Add all other ingredients and season with salt and pepper. Mix everything under each other, taste and season if necessary.

The butter is ready for use. Or you let it soft or you divide the butter on 2 sheets of butter paper and roll them into sausages and put them in the fridge or freezer. Once set up you can cut nice round slices.
