Preparation method

How do you make this?

Melt the 3 chocolates separately, each in a bowl. Or au bain-marie or in microwave, always continuing to mix every 30 seconds, chocolate burns quickly.

Place a baking paper on a plate that fits in the fridge. Now make the bottoms to set up bowls. Join or scoop up 2 to 3 tablespoons of chocolate per bottom on the paper and spread some organic.

Make 4, put them in a fridge. Prepare glasses to set up balloons, blow your balloons.

Make swirls with milk chocolate and white chocolate on the dark chocolate, dip the balloons in half, let it drip some and put on the glass. Repeat this with 8 balloons.

Put everything in the fridge at least 1h30. Take the bottom out and put some chocolate on it to stick the bowls on it. Put the balloons, quite exciting, put the bowls on it and let it set in a fridge for 30 minutes.

Fill to your heart's content and possibly finish with powdered sugar. That is only a party!
