Beat the butter, sugar, vanillaerger and sniff salt well with hand mixer or kitchen robot. Now gradually add a part of eggs and flour, mix firmly together. Repeat until all flour and eggs are completely mixed.
Warm your oven for 175 °. Grease your cake mold and flower it. Pour out the dough in the mold, spread it smoothly.
Bake 1 hour at 175 °. Put the test with a saté stick, pierce in the middle of cake, when it comes out dry it is ready, otherwise you let it bake for a while. Allow to cool down, beat the cake mold for a while so that it comes loose, remove it and let it cool down on the grid. Store in closed container or in a refrigerator on hot days.
