Preparation method

How do you make this?

Cut the cheese into cubes of 1 cm by 1 cm. Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and season with pepper, pour in a dish. Take a tablespoon of risotto in your palm each time, make a well, insert a block of cheese and shape a ball, make your hands slightly wet.

Place them in the flower next to, but not against each other, continue with the risotto and sprinkle flour over it. Now get them 1 by 1 through the beaten egg, which has to go around well and place them in breadcrumbs. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top and cover them carefully with breadcrumbs all around.
