2 bones of radishes with foliage
4 thick cuts of sourdough bread
500 g flat cheese
3 spring onion

No Waste Pesto:
1 Radijzenbot foliage
80 g freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Pepper and salt
Juice of 1 lemon
5-6 tbsp soft oil
Sixte of whole lemon
1 clove of look grated
2 tbsp roasted pine nuts
1 KL fresh thyme
1 KL fresh oregano

80 g freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Pepper and salt
Juice of 1 lemon

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Cut the radishes into slices with the mandolin.

Chop the foliage of half radishes and put it in a bowl.

Put the pine nuts in the mortar or finely chop them.

Grate at the Parmesan and look at the foliage of the radishes.

Add the sixth and juice of a whole lemon and oil.

Mix everything well together.

Season with salt and pepper.

Finely chop the oregano and thyme and add.

Cover the bread with flat cheese and radishes and finish with the pesto.

Finely chop spring onion and sprinkle over it.
