What do you need?

Quantity:

80 ml of coconut oil
70 g unsweetened cocoa powder
1 vanilla pod
½ fluorescent sea salt
1 tbsp agave syrup
50 g coconut blossom sugar (this is finer than regular sugar)
Roasted nuts, seeds and dried fruit of your choice to sprinkle over it (pistachio, cashew, pecan, sesame, hazelnut, almonds, pumpkin seeds, dried strawberry ...)

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Melt the coconut oil in a pan (not too hot).

Mix the cocoa powder, agave syrup, salt and finally the sugar. Mix well together to a shiny mass.

Pour in a rectangular container or dish covered with kitchen foil. Use a nut box or chocolate form for this. You will find a lot online.

Sprinkle with your favorite toppings.

Let it set in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
