1 roll of puff pastry
3 tbsp fine sugar

50 g melted butter

How do you make this?

Cut the ends of the apples and then cut them into 4 equal discs.

Insert the core so that you have a circle of a small 2 cm.

Roll the puff pastry open and cut into strips of a thick centimeter.

Take a disk apple and sew a bar of dough, so to speak.

Put the bars through the opening and go around again to put it back through the hole, do this all around with pieces of the apple visible, you can simply push the dough pieces together.

Then place them on a baking sheet with baking paper and brush them evenly with some melted butter.
