Preparation method

How do you make this?

Sauce: cutter everything together into a smooth mass.

Pizza dough: Put the flower in a large bowl or on your kitchen sink and make a well. Pour in the water and knead into a coarse ball of dough. Add the olive oil and salt. Knead 5 minutes.

Let rest for 30 minutes under plastic wrap.

Place two sheets of baking paper on your baking sheet so that the entire baking sheet including the edges are nicely covered.

Roll out the dough and cover your baking tray with it. If the dough screams again, let it rest for a while (every time you let the dough rest, it becomes more stretchy and weaker). Push the dough with your fingertips until your entire plate is covered.

Now apply the basis of your choice on the dough (in my case the artichoke), but also pesto or tomato is possible. Siege with the toppings. Make sure that you do not put the siege on each other too much but beautifully spread next to each other and to the edges of your dough. Finish with grated mozzarella. You can also invest the two halves of your pizza differently if you want to taste everything a bit. Heat your oven to a maximum of 230 ° C. Do you also have hot air with bottom heat? Then turn it on.

Bake for 20-25 minutes. Cut the pizza and serve.
