Add all ingredients to a high measuring cup and mix for 3-4 minutes with a hand blender or in a blender until everything is well mixed.
Heat your waffle iron for (slightly less than the maximum) and wait for the green light to grease the irons.
Pour the dough into the waffle iron and bake for about 4 minutes until the waffles are golden brown.
Repeat this process with the rest of the dough.
Serve the waffles hot or cold and add your favorite toppings such as: raspberry chi jam, healthy chocolate spread
