How do you make this?

Ajuin schillen, staartje eraan laten.

Snijd de ui middendoor.

Leg het staartje naar achter.

Snij met het aardappelmes heel dunnen schijfjes, maar niet tot helemaal achteraan.

Snij één keer middendoor met het aardappelmes tot bijna op het einde.

Neem nu het chefsmes en snij je ui tot fijne stukjes.
