How do you make this?

Beat egg well with salt and pepper.

Put a few drops of oil in the baking tray and warm it for 1 min at 180 °.

Pour in eggs and bake for 3 minutes at 180 °.

Pour out on a cutting board. Roll up and cut strings.

Put an alder oil in the baking tray together with look, onion, ginger and leek. Bake for 5 minutes at 180 ° until the whole is beautifully colored.

Add root and leek afterwards and fry again for 5 minutes.

Mix sambal, oyster sauce, soy and soy sauce manis among each other. Taste and stir under the rice and mix everything together under the vegetables with the peas.

Now everything has to warm up just as well. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 180 ° until the whole is nice and warm. Stir occasionally in the meantime.

Finish with finely sliced ​​spring onion, the omelet strings and press a lime on it.
