4 vegetable burgers from Iglo Green Cuisine
4 farm eggs
A knob of butter
800 g floury potatoes
80 g butter
100 ml warm milk
Pepper, salt, nutmeg
125 g finely chopped white cabbage or pointed cabbage
8 slices of Cheddar cheese

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Preheat the oven to 210°C. Peel the potatoes and steam them.

Place the vegetable burgers on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for 20 min until nicely colored and crispy, place the cheese on top in the last minute to melt.

Mash the potatoes with the butter, milk, and spices, taste, season further, and now mix in the white cabbage.

Fry 4 fried eggs in the butter.

Plate a mound of mash topped with the vegetable burger and melted cheese. Finish with the fried egg. Everyone to the table!
