What do you need?

Quantity:

Make sure all your ingredients are at room temperature
100 ml unsweetened soy milk
250 ml sunflower oil
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
0.5 tsp pepper

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Put all the ingredients in a tall narrow measuring cup.

First, check if your immersion blender fits in it. 😉

Place your mixer at the bottom of your measuring cup, start mixing, gradually move upwards, and mix until all the oil and ingredients are incorporated and bound together.

Taste and season if necessary.

Pour into a jar with a lid and store in the refrigerator.
