80 g tahini
80 g agave
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1 tsp baking soda
1 pinch of salt
150 g almond flour
125 g sesame seeds

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Preheat the oven to 175°C. Put everything except the sesame seeds in the food processor. If it is too sticky, add some more almond flour.

Pour the sesame seeds into a bowl. Make balls about the size of a Euro, roll them in the sesame seeds, and flatten the dough balls on a baking sheet, using all the dough.

Bake for 8 to 10 min at 175-180°C. Let cool for a moment and store in a closed container.
