12 Shrimps
Pepper and salt
2 tsp chili flakes
12 tbsp olive oil (200ml)
Zest of lime and juice of half a lime
2 cloves of garlic grated
Thai basil finely chopped

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Mix the olive oil, chili flakes, lime zest, garlic, and salt for the marinade.

Brush the shrimps with this marinade.

Place the shrimps on the BBQ, grill them briefly and vigorously, turn the shrimps after 2-3 min.

Place them on a plate.

Finish with Thai basil, lime zest, and juice of half a lime.
