What do you need?

Quantity:

1 sealable clean jar or preserving jar
1 large cucumber
50 g sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp four seasons peppercorns
1 tsp mustard seeds
2 to 3 sprigs of dill
100 ml water
150 ml vinegar

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Cut the cucumber in half and into thick strips the length of your preserving jar.

Add all the ingredients, making sure the cucumbers are completely submerged, seal the jar tightly and turn it upside down so the ingredients mix well.

Ready to use after 1 day.

Can be stored for at least 3 months in a cool dark place, once opened store in the fridge.
