Preparation method

How do you make this?

Place a box grater on a deep plate and grate the tomato completely. Add a tablespoon of oil and season with pepper and salt.

Cut 4 thick slices of the bread. Drizzle some oil on the bread and in a pan. Toast the bread until golden brown and crispy on both sides. Rub all slices with a clove of garlic. Distribute the tomato over it.
