600 g chicken thighs (boneless)
¼ pumpkin
2 small bok choy
2 tbsp ginger, finely chopped
260 g white beans
Thyme and bay leaf
3 cloves of garlic

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Cut the meat into cubes of 2 to 3 cm.

Put the water in a pot and add the chicken cubes, let it boil for 10 minutes and skim off the foam.

Now add the pumpkin in large pieces, ginger in julienne, and bok choy cut into 4 pieces.

Let it simmer gently for another 10 minutes, taste, season with pepper and salt, and finally add the rinsed white beans.

A teaspoon of mustard stirred into your bowl is very tasty, it adds extra kick!
